1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of lambdroids.com, LambDroids Workspace, our client and employee portals, and related digital services provided by LambDroids Soft Solutions ("LambDroids", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms and any separate written agreement that applies to your project, employment or engagement.
2. Accounts and authorised access
Accounts are for authorised users only. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You may not access another person's account or attempt to bypass role, project or security restrictions.
3. Client and employee portals
Workspace may provide project, task, progress, report, attendance, leave, CRM, feedback and administration features according to the user's assigned role. Access and available features may be changed, suspended or removed when reasonably required for security, employment, project administration, policy enforcement or service operation.
4. Projects, quotations and payments
Website descriptions are general information and do not by themselves create a binding project commitment. Project scope, deliverables, milestones, fees, payment terms, timelines, ownership and support obligations are governed by the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, contract or other written agreement accepted for that engagement.
5. User content and project materials
You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide to us can lawfully be used for the requested purpose. You retain rights you already hold in your content. You grant LambDroids the permissions reasonably necessary to use supplied materials to perform the requested services and administer the project.
6. Intellectual property
LambDroids names, branding, website design, software components, documentation, methods and other materials owned by LambDroids remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership or licensing of custom project deliverables is determined by the applicable project agreement. Nothing on this website transfers intellectual-property rights unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse our services, interfere with their operation, probe or circumvent security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate others, use the services unlawfully, or upload content that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, deactivate or terminate access where authorised by the applicable business relationship or where reasonably necessary for security, policy enforcement, non-payment, misuse or legal compliance. Account access ending does not necessarily delete legitimate project, employment, financial, security or other business records.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, security events, third-party services and other circumstances may affect availability. We may update or improve features from time to time.
10. Third-party services
Our services may use or link to third-party platforms, hosting, APIs or other services. Third-party products are subject to their own terms and policies, and their availability or conduct is outside our direct control.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided subject to the express commitments in the applicable written agreement. LambDroids is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of the public website or unauthorised/misused access to our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
