1. About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LambDroids Soft Solutions ("LambDroids", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you use lambdroids.com, LambDroids Workspace, our client and employee portals, or communicate with us about our services.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may process account and identity information such as name, email address, phone number, username, role, company and job details; client and project information; project tasks, progress, reports, milestones and feedback; employee attendance and leave information; CRM and enquiry information; and technical/security information such as authentication tokens, login activity, IP address, device/browser information and server logs where generated by our systems or hosting providers.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and administer authorised accounts, provide our website and Workspace features, manage client projects and employee workflows, communicate about services and support, maintain project and business records, secure our systems, prevent misuse, diagnose technical problems, comply with applicable legal obligations, and improve our services.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process personal information where necessary to provide requested services or perform our agreements, to meet legal obligations, for legitimate business and security purposes where permitted, and on the basis of consent where applicable. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be made available to authorised LambDroids personnel and to service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, communications, security, analytics or other business operations, only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights, users, systems or the public.

6. Client and employee access

Workspace uses role-based access. Clients are intended to access information made available for their own account and projects. Employees and authorised internal roles receive access according to their responsibilities. Owners and other authorised administrators may manage business records and access as required for administration and service delivery.

7. Data retention and account status

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing services, maintaining project and business records, resolving disputes, security, and meeting legal or contractual requirements. Suspending, deactivating or terminating an account may block access without automatically deleting associated business records. Where deletion is requested, we assess the request under applicable law and may retain information that we are legally or legitimately required to keep.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access and role-based controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or update personal information associated with you, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion or restriction of eligible personal information. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, contractual or legitimate business-record purposes.
